Mr. Goodyear is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of COMM.  Since founding the Company in 1991, he has driven the company to become the leader in facility engineering with an environmental and regulatory management specialty. Under Mr. Goodyear’s direction, COMM has evolved from a facility engineering company, with an oil and gas environmental and regulatory specialty, to a complete solution provider to the upstream/midstream oil and gas industry.  Mr. Goodyear is also founder and Chief Executive Officer of Offshore Air and Refrigeration.   In the early 1980s, Mr. Goodyear started Mar-Con, a marine construction company working mainly in the oil and gas industry.  Mr. Goodyear has many years of experience in engineering and operations both domestically and internationally.  In 1992, Mr. Goodyear started Maximum Energy, an oil and gas production company. In 2006, Mr. Goodyear founded Enermax, an investment group that develops new technologies and holds intellectual property rights. Mr. Goodyear attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
