Sustainable Solutions for Offshore Environments
Outer Continental Shelf Air Quality System (OCS AQS), previously known as Gulfwide Offshore Activity Data System (GOADS), was established in 2020 as the first major re-write in 36 years of BOEM's (Bureau of Ocean Energy Management) existing regulations related to air quality measurement, evaluation, and control with respect to oil and gas operations.
OCS AQS rule requires reporting and tracking all pollutants' emissions defined by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA). Operators of oil and gas structures are required to collect the appropriate data, perform specific emission calculations, and provide submittal through BOEM's online system.
Let COMM handle all your OCS AQS Requirements.
