Save Time and Eliminate Unnecessary Emission Costs
The Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), Section 312(a) requires the owner or operator of facilities subject to 311(e) of EPCRA to submit an emergency and hazardous inventory form each year. Required for all producing facilities with a storage capacity greater than 55 gallons of any hazardous chemical (crude oil and/or produced water). You must report those on a yearly basis, due March 1st to each state’s regulatory agency.
